Driving to Winthrop
& the Methow Valley
In Washington State's Beautiful North Cascade Mountains
Finding your way to the Chewuch Inn is easy, we sit just two blocks off of Highway 20 just South of the Methow River bridge. Use the directions and maps below to make getting here easier. During the winter months, visitors flock to the Methow Valley for it’s incredible X-country ski trail system and Winter activities. The Methow Valley weather is sunny most of the year, the Summer temperature average, is in the 80’s (* F), while the Winter temperature average, is in the 20’s (*F). The Methow Valleys dry climate in summer is a striking contrast to the winter months, when the Valley gets most of it’s precipitation in the form of snow. Getting to Winthrop from the Puget Sound basin requires traveling over one of several North Cascade Mountain passes. The following links will help you with your travel plans.
